Daily Southeast Region Eggs
Prices are steady. Asking prices for next week's deliveries are trending
unchanged on all sizes. The undertone is steady. Offerings are
sufficient. Retail demand is moderate to good. Food service demand
remains light to moderate. Supplies are light to generally moderate for
needs entering the weekend. Market activity is moderate. In the Eastern
region, breaking stock offerings are moderate for the light to moderate
demand. Spent fowl offerings are moderate to heavy; processing schedules
are normal to less than normal.
